Sugar High Desserts is a Sydney-based business owned and managed by 18 year old self-taught student baker, Jonathan Massaad.Jonathan had always found inspiration in the kitchen at a young age, in which his fascination then grew into a successful business. Jonathan has featured on The Project, The Living Room, Morning Show, Today Extra, 2UE and SBS, as well as winning Newscorp’s Young Entrepeneur of the Year Award 2016.

Jonathan will be demonstrating a different cake style each demonstration. Demonstrations are held at Sweet Ideas at 1:00pm and 3:00pm Daily !
Unicorn Fantasy Cake
In this demonstration you will learn how to fill and stack a double barrel cake, make fondant details and decorate with buttercream piping to create this on trend & contemporary cake design.
1 hour demonstrations will be held at Sweet Ideas from Thursday – Saturday at 11:30am
